CELEBRITY DERMATOLOGIST
Celebrity Dermatologist”? I’ve been called that, but I prefer “Harvard MD and Dermatology expert.”
While I’m honored to care for Hollywood’s most beautiful (and handsome), I’m more proud of the 500,000+ patient visits I’ve done over 20+ years. Not to mention decades of reading, learning, teaching, & clinical trials research (as opposed to TikTok “research” 🙄) that have shaped my expertise.
As I tell the students and young Dermatologists I mentor, it’s the thinking that’s the hard part, more than the doing. 🧐
There is no shortcut to learning how to design safe cosmetic treatments that look naturally beautiful, or diagnosing a serious systemic condition based on an unusual rash. It takes serious thought. And the learning continues, with every patient I see, every day. 💯
If that level of dedication makes me well-known and sought-after, bring it on! But first and foremost, I want to be known as an excellent doctor, not for being famous.
